A 200-hour certified yoga instructor, with additional training in restorative, yin, and trauma-conscious practices, Sarah has taught in-studio at Yoga Habit, in Philadelphia, and currently offers her own classes online via zoom and a restorative yoga class with Svälja Yoga. The intent of Sarah’s online offerings are to create an opportunity for practitioners to reconnect with their bodies in a low-stakes, accessible, and mindful way. Current offerings are below! Restorative classes, both virtual and in-person are available through Svälja yoga in Duluth, MN.
I’m thrilled to be offering 3-4 sessions weekly this March and April! In the form below, you can sign up to be emailed every Monday with that week’s schedule, the zoom link, and check that you’ve read the waiver. Below is the weekly schedule:
Tuesdays: 20 minutes of guided movement! Expect to build some heat and explore standing and balancing postures.
Wednesdays: 30 minutes of guided movement. Much like Tuesday, but a bit longer.
Thursdays: 30 minutes of a slower and more grounded practice including some meditation.
Select Fridays: 45 minutes of restorative yoga. Grab some pillows and blankets and get ready to take some deep breaths.
